Hello Guys, here's the latest! We did meet up and go to the court, but unfortunately there's a conference going on for the Judges,so the case has been postponed.I don't know if it's going to be for the 15th or later, but we were unable to get the new court date...sorry guys, it's the waiting game again!
I am going to call the court again and hopefully get someone to respond.
Will let everyone one know as soon as I find out some news.

As I wrote in my last post, the case didnt come up for hearing at all.The judges were out attending a conference of some sort and all cases are postponed for now.So there was no one around to talk to.They also don't know when the court date is going to be rescheduled.

That means we are back to SQUARE and no progress and no breakthrough as we were expecting it.I think DOJ is trying its best to influence the case so the decision goes in their favour as they have the home court advantage.

So that means now we have to wait till next date.

I get the impression the Idea from the DOJ that they want things to move at a very slow pace so either people give up the hope and leave.

They just want people to discourage people and making a mess of the system is certainly going in their favour.

I had a feeling that the court case wasn't going to be settled so quickly. Judicial hearings often start late and take a long time once started. I would be surprised, though, if they wait a whole week before they reschedule the hearing. Oh well, just have to wait for the news, I guess. I appreciate all the news, though!!! Thanks for keeping us all in the loop. :D

SO UNFAIR!! In the middtime we are getting rotten for the long waiting. Im begining to loose all hope, it looks like they can influence big time thoe judges. I will be still doing my prayings to see if something good can come out of this. Lets all keep our fingers cross.
Monday will be officially 6 months for me, hopefully it wont take much longer than that..
