Naturalisation Jan 2014

Post by MP1982 » Wed Oct 30, 2013 10:39 am

Hi Gurus and Experts,

With all the confusion and different opinions flying around with the English language requirement for naturalisation I have 2 queries and hope I will be able to get an answer;

• Gained my ILR based on HSMP and Tier 1 General (2 + 3 years). At all 3 junctures I proved that I have a degree taught in English and gained 10 points. For this I submitted my original Degree Certificate and a letter from the University. And I was given 10 points for that each occasion. I didn’t submit a UK Naric certification at either of those occasions (Initial HSMP, Tier 1 Extension and then ILR),

So will the same suffice for naturalisation application? In general circumstances I would think so but would like to confirm as HO is looking to rip every hard earn from us where possible 

And secondly I know my wife needs to do a B1 level Speaking and listening course so can someone please confirm that this is a genuine link and a program as I have seen another link claiing to be Trinity College,

http://englishexamcentres.co.uk

and the other one direct from Trinity College,

http://www.trinitycollege.co.uk/site/?id=263

Are these both the same and genuine?

Thank you,
MP
