Do you not just press the reschedule button?

I believe my 5 year eligibility starts from the 28th of October 2013 as I got my initial work permit on the 25th of October 2008 and got an extension of my clearance only in September to make up this 5 years.
Now with this English language requirement am not sure what to do, I have a qualification taught in English from my home country in Nigeria, frankly my English is better than most British people why do I have to go back and take IELTS or some funny English qualification.

It is so appalling as well that the information from the website with regards to this new requirements is not written clearly either it is difficult to know if I qualify or not can someone help please
Look at this thread discussion I am bit confused about my eligibility to apply for ILR.

I got Initial Clearance on 01 Dec 2008 valid until 01 Dec 2011 for 3 years.
I entered UK on 30 Jan 2009.
It was extended for 2 years on 27 Jan 2012 and now expires in 27 Jan 2014.

I am 3 days short from 5 years. Should I apply for extension or ILR?

there is no reschedule button unless am missing something have logged in and tried several times after confirmation of appointment maybe there is no rescheduling except I lose 100 pounds by not going for the appointment.
It only takes me through paying another 1500

amit0277, Vinny already gave you the correct answer. You can apply from 28 days before 01-Dec-2013 subject to meeting the other eligibility.

adetinrin40 you should call the Home Office and ask them.

Hi D4109125,

Sorry for asking that question again which Vinny had answered earlier. I was getting bit confused. Many thanks for clarifying it again.

Amit
