Hi,

I am applying for migrating to Tier 2 General with a work sponsor from Tier 1 - PSW. Do I qualify for the English Language requirement points from the biometric resident permit? Or should I have to submit my degree certificate?

In that case, I don't have the certificate now. It is in my home country. I am worried about travelling as my VISA expires on Jan 26 2013. I am planning to travel within a week and return back if the degree certificate is mandatory. In that case, would I be able to get in UK without any issues?

Please let me know asap. I have already booked in for a premium appointment later this week. I have to think about cancelling it or giving it a try soon.
