OCI timeline

This is the status of my application. The OCI application has been made in person in HCI London. I am a bit worried because I haven't got my OCI yet but I had made my tickets to India on 30 Nov before I applied.

OCI Printed on - 15-nov-2013

Still waiting for OCI to be sent to HCI London.

I am travelling to India on 30-nov-2013. Do you think I will get the OCI before 30 Nov?

I don't understand why it takes so much time between the OCI being printed and sent to OCI London?

The person at the counter at HCI London told me it will take 5 - 6 week. It is well beyond that now!

Mine took 10 days for status to change from PROCESSED to Dispatched from MOIA and I know 2 other guys on this forum for them it also took 10 days. So I guess around 25th-26th Nov it should update. My dates were

Documents Printing Status PROCESSED On 09-NOV-2013
Dispatched From MOIA (OCI ) NEW DELHI On 19-NOV-2013

But be ready with to apply for a Tourist visa if you do not want to change your traveling dates. These OCI dates are not guaranteed.
