My wife's acknowledgement letter was dated 24 November and she got it yesterday 26 November, very quick!

Congrats ranshers. I applied on the 2nd of October. fingers crossed mine is on the way..
I think you made a mistake in the date of receipt by UKBA, it is after you date of debit of fee

Glad to see some approvals have been sent out.I have emailed HO twice ( last week and yesterday) regarding my application,still no decision has been taken yet...HO received my application on the 09 Oct....I am being patient....any one else waiting for approval who applied same date as mine...?

HO received my application on 07 OCT 13. I'm also still waiting for approval. Email HO on 14 Nov and eeply no decision has been made yet.

I got my application approved on 20-11-13 and recieved letter on 27-11-13

I called and emailed HO on 25-11-13 and they said application still under processing and no decision has been made yet......

so i believe your approval will be on your doorstep soon........

Hi Jotter,

I am not sure if I fall under the same category (received on the 09/10),
as my payment was only taken on the 06/11 - first attempt was declined.

My guess would be that I had been moved to the back of the queue cause of this...

Anyone can shed some light how this works??

Anyway, am still waiting, impatiently;
I am very temped to e-mail / call the HO, however I am aware of the backlog and try not to add to it by bothering them.

I really liked your stats BTW.

Cheers agix. It looks like most of the others from Oct 9th had their fees deducted in the last week of October, so the payment issue shouldn't have delayed you that much. Maybe an extra week. Best of luck with it!

Requested documents to be returned on 19/11/13: Received docs on 23/10/13
Date of receipt of registration certificate: 27/11/13

Homeoffice people are very good fully appreciate their work. When requested docs received them in just 4 days. No complaints.

hi, i'm new to this forum and i've been reading what most people posted in this section , and let me tell you i feel so relieved to know that im not the only one who didnt get any letter neither the fees been debited.
i applied on the 22th of october
received on the 23th
and since then i didnt hear anything

Date of acknowledgement : 19/10/13, payment was declined (wrong CC number, which was not true!) so I resent the payment form same day
Date of debit of fees: 06/11/13
Date of approval: 24/11/13, received 27/11/13
Date of Ceremony: TBC

Agix I think we were in the same boat, my payment was declined initially as well, judging by other applications around the same time is mine, it seems we went to the back of the queue, I think it has delayed it by 2 weeks or so. I'm sure yours will come through imminently.
