I have another quick question. After appeal dismissal from first tier tribunal or upper tier tribunal. if a person reapply in any other category or the same category( in which he was refused) within 28 days then what would be the impact on the 10 years long residency period? would it break?

It shouldn't break (276B(v)), if your application is successful.
