OCI queries. Help please

I am a Nepali national. My wife is Indian and she has PIO card.

I am applying for OCI for my minor daughter (as not eligible for PIO being Nepali father)

My questions are:

1. Can I go to apply in person for OCI for my daughter rather than my wife to apply at CGI Birmingham?

2. Do I need to take my daughter with me?

3. If I also wanted to apply for OCI for my wife, does she have to go personally? Can I apply in person on her behalf.
