ILR dependent Visa Form

Hi,
I have got ILR on (10 years), before I was on Tier 1 General visa that will expire on Nov 2014, my wife still on same visa as a dependent since July 2010 and our visa were extended in Nov 2012.
I am bit confused to select form for wife visa, do I select SET (O / M). Look forward to hear from you.
