Do u live together if yes then obviously u moved houses with her n managed to get citizenship so it got nothing to do with moving house alot and if u have recently thn must contact they might have sent u a letter or something but if u dont live together then that wud explain delay but I wud like to say this is very busy time fir naturalization application
