English language requirement for ILR

Hi,
After completing 5 years in Tier 1 (General) visa I'm going to apply ILR in February. Can somebody confirm that the following English test satisfies the English language requirement for ILR application for my dependent.

"EMD (English Management Direct) Entry Level Certificate in ESOL International Entry 3"

Also could you please suggest me the website/link to confirm the same.
