NEED INFORMATION urgent

hi ,
just want to ask about regarding my friend . his parents are ill and they are back in Asia . he got tire 1 general visa and going to expire in 2016 and then he had to apply indefinite .
he actually was asking me that he want to Sponcer his mom and dad for visit visa . and keep them permanent .
as illegal and at least they stay with him because they are alone and ill and they need him .

my question is will any effect on his case when he apply indefinite ?
will home office know he invited his parents and they are still not gone back ?

plz kindly help me in this so i can also guide him .

Regardless of the circumstance, why should you want bring people to come and stay here illegally?

i talked to him he is planing to bring and they will take asylum .
they are Christians and they have problems in back there country .
