how much funds for a fresh application???

HI guys,
I applied for entreprenuere last year in march 2013 which was refused. I appealed and got refused again just now in FTT got my decision In JAN 2014.....As i applied from PSW first time I showed £50,000 investment.....now i am considering a fresh application
do i stillhave to show £50,000 as investment or access to..or is it £2m now.....
Someone told me that my PSW status is over now after the refusal so the fresh application cant be for £50,000

is this true please help..

dont be misguided its still £50000 coz it says in the policy guidance either u have to have current PSW status or yr last leave has to be PSW and u have to apply from inside UK. so u still qualify for £50000
