No decision after hearing

Post by Zaidii » Mon Jan 13, 2014 12:01 pm

Hi there I had my tier 1 entrepreneur visa refused in July 2013. Reason for refusal was that the Current appointment report didn't have the date when I was appointed as director (it was the online version of current appointment report).
Anyway I appealed in July hearing was done on the 7-1-2014.
before the hearing started judge mention that he is not going to give a decision at the end of hearing.
Hearing lasted for about 20 minutes
HO rep was emphasising that the flexibility of document policy dosent apply in our case where my barrister gave his evidences and references.
I think that all went well but as I mentioned judge didn't give any decision at the end of hearing.
Does anyone know how long would it take to get the decision in post?

Hi Ali I understand it's been only a week, what I'm wondering if it's normal not to tell the outcome at the end of hearing by judge?

Yes it is a normal thing. Did you provide the new Current appointment report then?

They normally take 2 weeks in replying.

Best of luck

Just called the tribunal. Appeal has been dismissed. Haven't got the letter yet so don't know the reasons.
