Appointment on Wed - Document Checklist (Please help)

Hi All,

I'm applying for SET(O) ILR & currently have a Tier 1 (general). Everything seems to be in order, but I wanted to get confirmation that my document list is OK. I would appreciate it if you guys could please confirm that I have everything that I will need. The list is below. Please note that I have copies of everything -
  • Completed application form
    LITUK pass certificate
    Passport
    1 year payslips to show income for the 1 year I am claiming
    1 year bank statements to show income for the 1 year I am claiming
    5 year HMRC income statement (please note that this does not contain income for year 2012-13 as they claim that they have not received my most recent P60 (previous employer said there was an issue), but I have payslips & bank statements for that year anyway).
    Appointment confirmation letter
    Land registry document showing that I own the property where I live
    Cover letter from my partner stating that she contributes 50% of the mortgage & is NOT a dependent
    University certificates & letter from the University stating that I completed my MSc there, dates attended & that the course was taught in English
    Letter from my current Employer stating my employment dates, position, their contact details & gross salary
That's all. Please let me know if I am missing anything.

I will do the same application next month these docs are more or less the ones i will use in applying

Still it is better if someone experienced takes a look.

My question how did you fill the payment page as i could not see an option for payments done online.

It still asks payment details but i have already paid for the fee while booking online

P60s, land registry papers, cover letters and letters/transcripts from university are not required

payment confirmation sheet, BRP and photos are missing from your list

no need to fill the payment page

Also PBS calculator showing the points you scored, and the photocopies.......

What is the PBS calculator? Is that part of the main SET(O) form or is it a separate document?
