Interview intimation letter - urgent help

Hi Gurus

I have received letter from home office with following contents.


Although we would normally decide case within 8 weeks, but in your case it is not going to be happen in your case.

This is because it is necessary to take interview in connection to your application, further date, time and venue of the interview will follow.

We expect to take decision before March 31, 2014.

It was joint application but my partner has not received the letter yet.

Does any one received the same kind of letter, because in past, home office directly send letter of interview along with the venue and date.

On January 13, 2014, Home office issued the circular that enterpreneur cases will be decided within 8 weeks. Does this kind of letter has any concern with my letter

Me and my business partner also received the same letter today.

I had interview in October 2013 but my letter was totally different. They written date, venue, time etc. No 8 weeks limitation was on my letter.

I think this is a automatic letter to everybody who applied before this January.

I received same letter yesterday
Applied in Sep 13
No interview yet

They mentioned about interview time date and venue will follow soon

I dont think its any thing important just an attempt to justify their unnecessary delay

I have received same lettet yesterday. My appeal been allowed. Application under reconsideration.

My partner received similar latter but they did not mansion anything about interview.

What do you mean about that. appeal allowed, have your visa been refused before this letter, any thing about interview?

They said they will make decision by 31st March if they cannot then they will write to my partner. They did not say that we will be called for interview.

any update?

Almost everybody waiting received this letter. So it is a standard letter sent out to all waiting.

I may be wrong but I still think not all those waiting who received this letter will be called for interview. Just my instinct.

Rizwan567, I think u r right. I got the same letter on 24th jan. I applied on January 2013, refused on April, hearing on september, and HO withdraw appeal on hearing day. I am waiting more than 4 moths for new decision. I don't think they will call me for interview. What do u think?

Bank funds overseas and verified by UKBA on 15th Dec2013.

Funds in my own account overseas .

Applied without team.

i have also received the exactly same letter on 27th January 2014 .

Note.Guys i really need my passport back as soon as possible as my father need heart transplantation back home and i am the only son who can take him for operation .Any suggestions or advice is really helpful.

You need to inform in writings Ent T1 team with all evidences include the hospital lettet from Doctor. This the inly way they can expediate your application.
