They requested contract with client with detailed services.

In the First contact the detailed services was missing .

I received same letter on dated 20 jan 2014 with following contents.


Although we would normally decide case within 8 weeks, but unfortunately this is not possible in your case.

This is because this is necessary to take interview in connection to your application, further date, time and location of the interview will follow.

We expect to take decision before March 31, 2014.

I was applied in July 13 as a team but unfortunately in the med of jan 14 my team member was ill n he withdraw his application for traveling back home , although we have third party funding £32000 which enquiry was ok from HO n we had £20000 in joint ac in uk. After my team partner withdrawn his application i received the above mention letter.
Could anybody let me know what is going on in my case, shell they call interview are refuse the app n shell they give to allow Appel or asking about additional documents. Plz reply n give me good advise shell i get contact MP for complaining or just wait for decision.

Today I received this letter dtd 27th Jan 14. I applied in the first week of June 2013 and finished biometrics in the same month. Since then I had heard nothing. Felt extremely good receiving that letter today, especially the last line "we expect to make a decision on your application by 31st March" ..

Not yet, still waiting for follow up letter along with interview date . Few of my other friends who applied for this category received letters with exactly same content ( Mentioning 31st March date ).

so don,t take it easy and start gettting for the interview.

Today i received the signed for interview letter from UKBA.

Please i need your help and advice regarding the interview.
what kind of questions they might ask apart from the one,s already posted into the forum.

I will update you guys what questions they asked me after 11/02/2014.

Need your well wishes and loads of prayers.

my situation is as follows

applied on 12/12/2013
visa expired 12/12/2013
application sent back as invalid because of payment on 27/12/2013 without passport but with detention letter
resent same application on 30/12/2013
biometrics letter on 07/01/2014
biometrics done on 19/01/2014
letter about delay and further checks on 28/01/2014
another letter of 100% same content on 30/01/2014
please pray for me
my question is incase of refusal what is best option for me as i think i'm not eligible for appeal, your expert advice will be appreciated

I have received the same letter.

I have applied on: 14 Dec 2013 and I received Interview Intimation Letter dated 23rd Jan 2014 on 27th Jan 2014 that I have to appear for interview with regards to my Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa application. More correspondence will follow in which Home Office will inform date, time, and venue.

I have applied through PSW route with £50k in personal savings account in UK.

Now I am worried about my application as I have seen on this forum that Home Office would likely reject the application as people have been receiving visa within 20-25 days.

Does it mean that Home Office is deliberately delaying the decision?
I have my wife and 2 kids in UK with me as well and I really don't know what will happen to them if the Home Office would delay the process.

What would happen to their application as their visa is expiring in August 2014 and if I didn't get any decision before them?

Any help is appreciated in this regard.

Can anyone tel me that how do you received interview intimation letter notification. Is it Signed for post or normal delivery. Plz tel me as i have been told by home office they have posted me letter on 31st jan 2014 when i phone them. I haven't received anything yet from them.
