Hello All,

They phoned to come in studio on Sunday evening at 7'o clock. They want to hear my story which will go on air at 7 PM. They said we have contacted to UKBA and hoping to get reply very soon.

Thanks

Hi, just wonder how you contacted BBC with? I got my friends case been rejected 4 times, and only gave one interview at the very beginning.

He was having a team application , then change to one person application from the second time.
But Home office was stupid, even missed up all the details and did not read the documents carefully.
We would like to have all of those public to media.

Could you please help?
Now, he s fighting with them more than 1 year.

HI JuneV

It depends on case to case...your friend got rejections 4 times it mean there is something wrong with documents or some other reason because every case is different. BBC will not accept case like this which has been rejected 4 times. They just focus on delays

if there is any delay then you have to go through legal process like you need to send some letters to home office through your legal representatives they might give you some reply.

My case was different than yours because they didn't send me any update on my case. if anyone want any help you can inbox me.

If anyone waiting from long time i suggest you to go and see your local MP's and ask them to write a letter on behalf of you that would be helpful.

Thanks
