English Test for ILR for dependent already studying here

Hi,

My Daughter s due to apply for her ILR.

She is now 19, came to the UK when she was 11. Since then she has been studying here. She finished her A Levels here and has GCSE in English Literature and English Language.

Back in India she was studying in an English school.

Will she still need to pass the English language test for ILR?

Unfortunately, she needs to satisfy the KOLL requirements (199(vi)).
