Here is weekly summary for Nov - 2013 applicants:

These charts are based on data extracted on 10th Feb 2014 (Not end of day of-course). Must to mention!!! Big thank to jotter for helping on data for these charts.

Here is something that I came up with for Oct applicants, clearly Nov applicants got affected by it, I'll soon post similar analysis for Nov too.. but have a look at this post for Oct 2013.

Method of application: NCS Tower Hamlet
Application received: 6/11/2013

Direct debit: 10/01/14
Approval date: 05/02/14
Date approval received: 10/02/14
Date of ceremony: tbd

I emailed HO last week regarding the progress, and a very nice lady (not miss Hafiq :p) responded to me within a day that the decision has been made and they're posting out my letter. Thanks for everybody for posting here! it's been great following the general timelines!!

Eligibility criteria: 3 Yrs Spouse Visa + ILR
Language criteria : Bachelors Degree + PBS calculator on UKBA site.
Current nationality: Indian
Method of application: NCS Hammersmith
Date of application: 31/10/2013
Date of receipt by UKBA: 04/11/2013 [Tracked royal mail]
Date of acknowledgment: 15/01/2014 [ Dated 09/01/2014 ]
Credit card declined, acknowledgement letter demanding alternate payment: 15/01/2014 [Dated 09/01/2014]

Another Payment advice sent out on: 16/01/2014
Date of debit or clearance of fees: 25/01/2014

[Previously attempted on 09/01/2014 but Failed ]
Date approval received: Waiting

Date of ceremony: TBD

UKBA confirmed they wouldnot be sending another acknowledgement for the new payment unless we specifically ask for it... But they confirmed over the phone the payment has been deducted on 25th.

Thanks Sameer. Good to know that HO will not be sending another ack letter. I had the same issue and I was waiting for another ack letter.

So many November approvals posted since the weekend I was thinking I'm the last november applicant waiting

You may feel better seeing so many from October getting their approvals this week ... so be assured you are not left out !!!

Depends on who replies really ... most of the times its just a junk reply they just copy paste ... doesnt really help us get the actual status rather misleading ...

Method of application: Postal (Recorded delivery)
Application sent: 12 Nov 2013
Payment method: Debit card
Date of receipt by UKBA: 13 Nov 2013 (tracked online)
Date of acknowledgment: 13 Jan 2014
Date of debit or clearance of fees: 13 Jan 2014 (available balance dropped by £1550).
Date approval received: 11 Feb 2014 (dated 10 Feb 2014)

I picked up our letter and the supporting documents this evening after an attempted delivery by Royal Mail. I have been tracking it online since last night so knew it would be delivered today. Waiting for Local Authority Invite. Good luck to those still waiting.

guys is this advisible to call Home office and ask for the status...?I am in a kind of desperate mode... its been more than 3 months....has any one called HO to enquire about the status of the application....

It's been 3 months for me too. I called yesterday and all they could tell me was that my application is ''currently incomplete''. My heart sank. I guess I just have to be a little more patient. I feel your pain though...You've come this far, I'm sure you have it in you to wait just a little longer. Good luck!

Two days ago i phoned, they told me my application was under consideration, phoned again yesterday they told me that a decision has been made. I rephoned today just to confirm and the guy on the phone basically told me they have sent out a citizenship invitation letter.

My application was received by them on 11th November and fees were deducted on 11th January.. I would say yours will be decided soon, try to phone again..
