Renewing slovakian passport in Bratislava please help

Post by ehof » Fri Feb 07, 2014 10:23 am

Hi,

I live in London and need to renew my Slovakian passport in Bratislava ASAP. Can anyone please point me to where I should go and who to speak to?

Thanks, I did. They were extremely rude. The woman I talked to on the phone refused to give me any information as I didn't speak the language. Her exact words were : It is a requirement for you to speak Slovakian if you hold the passport, I will not help you". I couldn't believe it

Well, I think that the authorities of most countries expect to communicate with their own citizens in their own language.
Having said that, that is of course no excuse for being rude.
If I were you, just try again after a few days and hopefully you get someone on the phone who is a bit more helpful.
