l Date of Application: 24/10/2013
Date of receipt by UKBA: 25/10/2013 (Tracked)Royalmail
Date of debit of fees: cleared 6nd January 2014
Date of receipt of acknowledgement: 06/01/14 dated 02/01/2014
Date of receipt of approval: waiting ... still waiting,waiting and wating
I request for my documents on 11th feb somebody call me from homeoffice 12th feb and i received my document today ho very quick to send document back but not on decision making i receive letter with my document saying that ( once work begin on u r application we may need to request them ) thats mean my application still in the q shock

Yeah. Just called them and heardcthe usual the application has not yet been processed by HO and they advise to wait. And they cannot even tell me if a case worker has been allocated to my application as apparently They Don't have such Information. Getting really frustrated here to be honest. And what does this mean- thevapplication has not yet been processed???? They surely made sure to take the fee a month ago.

Normally ask ref no , name , dob and address

Applied on 30 October , fees on 11 jan and still waiting

Good news, I have finally received the approval today!!!

My timeline as follows:

Method of application: NCS Peterborough
Date of application: 22/10/2013
Date of receipt by UKBA: 25/10/2013
Date of acknowledgement letter: 20/12/2013
Date of debit of fees: 18/12/2013
Date of approval: 05/02/2014 (Received in post 15/02/2014, I don't know why it took so long)
Date of Ceremony: TBC

Good news guys. My application has been approved. I applied on 26th October. Fees taken on the 10th January. Yesterday ny barristers informed me that I got approved. I havent received yhe documents back yet as they are waiting for the citizenship ceremony invitation letter to come through so they can forward everything together to me. I just want to say Do not rely on what HO is telling u!. As u may know I have contacted them last Friday and they told me that my application has not even been processed yet, but apparently it was already approved at the time I was calling them as my approval reveived the next working day!. As soon as I receive all the papers back will post an update. Just want to thank everyone in this forum for your daily support and encouragement and wish u all the best and let your approvals come quickly!

January 2014 applicants are getting approval now a days. I don't understand which sequences are they following

I sent it on sunday and got a reply on tuesday afternoon.

Guys. Do not rely on the replies from HO. I have written earlier that they told me my application wasn't even processed yet on the date when I actually got my approval!. Do not rely on those answers as mist of the time they don't even bother checking!.I know how frustrating it gets and believe me it will come soon! Wish u all the luck and a lot of patience!

Yup I think patience is the key!

Alexboy, I should say it is. It must have been 10 times I wrote to them and called them and tjey will not give u update . Called them on Friday. Got told not in the system yet. Got my papers on Monday- next working day! Just sit back and relax as it is coming!!!!))

Its really annoying for me. ....
May be we need to wait 6 month or more!
