Big Congrat for Jotter & Other
would that be possible to have a latest stat for November ? I must admit you excel in doing that, and your contribution helped us a lot in understanding the HO process.
Enjoy it dude
No approval frm my side, but I have to be patient.....

45 applicants are still to receive their approval or have not updated their timeline.

Thanks Belkhir, This is a great forum and does wonders for the sanity so it's good to give something back. p2kin and I have normally been putting out the tables on a Monday. I'll have to check with him but hopefully we'll keep it up for at least a few more weeks.
@amthekkel, Good stuff. We are now up to 109 timeline records for November and 49 approved, so still just under 50%. The reason we have a slightly higher number of approvals than you listed is because we count the application date from when the HO received it, not when the application was sent (since we can only usefully begin comparing HO processing times from when they actually have the application), therefore we have sudanman in our November category along with a few others who are still waiting. The other two extra ones are J.sohi and gamalin who were the two earliest November approvals.

Hold tight Shiftingsands. The UKBA are currently up to Oct 22nd with taking fees and the acknowledgement is normally only sent when the fees are taken so you've got a little while to wait yet. I wouldn't bother holding my breath until maybe 2nd week of December.
Good luck to everyone else. It is now time to work on the elderly dependant parents visa (in my case 70yo widowed mother ). Please friends, do sign the petition. The link is on the relevant forum page. Many thanks

Certainly jotter, I'd be happy to continue for few more weeks i.e. till the end of Nov applicants. Any taker for Dec onward applications statistics? We both will be happy to share our work & pass on beacon?

Also, Now that we both (jotter & I) have received approval, I take this opportunity to thank you jotter for efforts you have put in for coming up with Oct & Nov applicants information.

My acknowledgment took 2 days to arrive, so was getting a bit worried. Guess I'll just have to wait it out.

What does it mean if your application is 'incomplete'? Has it even been assigned to a caseworker? The wait is killing me! Here's to a week full of approvals!!! :D

They do work on your application even if it hasn't been allocated to a case worker. Criminal checks, HMRC checks, referee checks etc.

Typically once it does get to a case worker the application is just about ready to be finalised. All the case worker does is look at all the checks that have come back and makes a yes/no decision.
