If you are led in your spirit contact your local MP. I was waiting six months after my decision was withdrawn one day I decided to contact my local MP, you wont believe it one week later my BRP and all other document were released. God can decide to used anybody at anytime. Give it a try you never can know.

My appeal hearing was sechudled for next week, yesterday homeoffice did call and ask for the signed contract which i did, today home office withdraw decision and told me that they will reconsider the case:

refusal point was contract was not signed by both parties.

I am really stressed now, when i am fully prepared for appeal and hearing was there after one year killing wait this happened :

Any suggestions is this good sign or bad

Hi itk,

It has been 3 and half months since my decision was withdrwan by home office and until now I haven't heard anything from them. I have now decided to contact my local MP. Can you please guide me how did you contact your MP (call or letter) and what did you tell to MP to help you in this matter?

Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I received a fax from the home office on the 2nd of June saying my they have withdrawn their decision. I had an appeal date in Nov 2014. What happens next now? And how soon will I get my ILR permit back.

You can contact your local Mp, that will speed up the process. I have been waiting since 2012, contacted my local mp last month, got a mail from saying that the home office will respond to my application this month. I pray & hope that it turns out good. Best of luck.

Wait till 26th September 2014 and if by then you have still not heard anything from them, call your mp to check the update. These days, it takes home office within 21 working days to respond to mp. Initially, it was 7 working days....this I was told when I contacted my mp.

I don't think so! Mine was withdrawn on the 4th of June 2014...though I have waiting for close to 2 years now...Nov 2014 will make it 2 years. I applied Nov 2012, refused March 2014, appeals May 2014, Ho withdrew 4th June 2014, contacted mp last month...still waiting. All fingers cross, it will come out fine.
