When to deedpoll name?

Hello, can someone advise me on when can I deedpoll name?
Do i deedpoll after the citizenship ceremony, or can I do it before the citizenship ceremony?

You can do it earlier but date it on or after ceremony. I date mine as the date of the ceremony.
