Hi Bizz,

After that short telephonic interview, my friend has received another call from UKBA asking him to come for interview personally. UKBA said they going to write him about the time and venue of interview. Where as i am still waiting after submitting my fresh application. Its been a month now. No news.

I got a email for interview on mar 6

I got a email for interview on mar 4. After tele short interview on Sat 15 feb. We have already invested 50 k funds as a team.

its a two step process..

1. you need to give the partial/full money to the business you want to invest in....into company's business account...business can issue you share capital for the amount you invested...You should have a share certificate to show to UKBA for this. they will verify it from HMRC.


2. you need to give the partial/full money to the business you want to invest in....into company's business account...business can take this as a directors loan... You should have a loan agreement made between you and the business with proper legal attestation.

Eventually we all have to invest this 50K (startup money for business) ..... into a UK business(of which we are a director)..as 1st criteria when we go for an extension 3 years later after getting T1 ENTP. VISA ....

The only difference is that i have done that rightnow only rather than getting Visa first and then investing...

Hi guys, I am going to attend the interview coming Saturday (after telephone interview).

my husband gave me 25K into my personal account and my brother in law also transferred 10K into my account (that he had borrowed earlier from me), so I am wondering do I need to have a notarized declaration letter of that source of money, or, I simply can say, he gifted me and now its entirely I own and control.

Please suggest.Every little will help.
