Got Visa in 25 day's!

Hi everyone,

Need to thanks every single person on this forum, as your's intellectual & up to date important info sharing made it possible for me to get successful Visa, missed my returned documents from home-office this morning but after 2 hours someone privately dropped my BRP card separately, as a silent member of the forum for long was reading & taking notes of every imp info you guys were sharing, once again thanks guys & best of luck to everyone, would love to help out & answer any Q you guys might have, but few imp things i believe that made my application successful.

Presence of Mind (reading members post carefully) ---> 50%
Luck ---> 30%
Self belief to submit Application (without any solicitor,Accountant etc)----> 20%

The following is a list of all supporting documents that I have supplied with my application.

1) Application form
a) Passport (Original)
b) BRP (Original)
c) 2 recent pictures.

2)a) Cover Letter
b) Resume
c) LinkedIn Personal Profile Print Out.

3) Self Assessment Points-based Calculator.


4) Bank statement & Letter stating money is available to me and disposable to UK from Bank.
5) Bank Statements to showing 90 days maintenance funds.


6) a) The ‘welcome letter’ from HMRC
b) A National Insurance (NI) bill from the HMRC to you, dated, and from the billing period
Immediately preceding the application
c) Your most recent bank statement showing the direct debit payment of NI.
d) An HMRC Exception certificate from the latest return date.

7) My Master's degree and University Transcript.
Business Public Liability Insurance
9) Business Plan.
10) Business Market Research.
11) Business Contracts (2)
12) Business Website Print Out.
13) Business Cards & Business Flyer
14) Business Advertisements (Consultancy Register, LinkedIn, Gumtree, Free index, Twitter,FB)

also regarding contracts?

Congratulations! I am also hoping that I will also receive my visa anytime soon because we applied on the same date and our documents are also same. Did you submitted uk bank statement? Or overseas?

was there any percentage of merit at all? 50+30+20=100 already.

Well you can include & count that 50% & 20% as a merit list.

I submitted overseas (Pakistan) bank statement to show my £50,000 funds.

Yes i applied £50,000 route from UK, though funds were maintained in overseas (Pakistan) bank account.

Sorry for late reply, got relaxed after getting visa so left for a week for holidays make it a personal days for me, i have already forwarded business plan & research to few other guys, so they can follow the format i adopted for my B-Plan & B-Research & i feel sharing with too many will counter & mock-up things.

1) I am in this country for almost 5 years now.
2) I used my home address as my business premises & will remain use it before i start making some net income of my business to get proper place.
