Postal waiting times for HSMP ILR

Hi

Can anyone confirm what the official waiting time is?

I have found two different timeframes on the UKBA website:

For postal applications, our service standard is that we will decide:

70% of applications within four weeks
90% of applications within 14 weeks

this one is very old.

Six months is new waiting time for post app. Hope this helps.
