Pre settle to settle. Married but not divorced

Hi All
I was married in start of 2019. Applied in aug 2019 for pre settle.
Now i am due for settle status. But for last year or so our relation is going down the hill. My wife is not living with me for 8-9 months and changed number. Only way to contact is through her friend.
Upon asking she said she needs some time alone. And dont want divorce at the moment. Neither she talks on topic of me applying for settle status.
Question is i want to apply for settle status and called resolution centre but cant reach them either as its always a long que.
So how and under what category do i apply and how do inform euss centre abiut change in my situation.
What documents should i provide

Thing is i dont want to wait any longer as i already over due by 2 months.
