ILR you mean? best recourse is to use the list of docs listed on Section of the ILR form.

Also, I need to have more details about the Accommodation :

b ) How do I get this before I get in to the UK ?
c ) Are this Tenancy Agreement a must or Enough Funds in the Bank will be OK ?
Please explain more about the missing documents and Accommodation.

You will need more than 1 bank statement. Preferably at least the last 3.
Regarding accomodation, you need to show that you have adequate accomodation available on your arrival. Do you have family or friends who you could stay with temporarily? As long you can show there would be no 'overcrowding' this is acceptable.
Do you have a confirmed job offer in the UK or substantial savings?
How long have you been married and living outside of the UK (as a married couple)? 4 years or more?

You may want to get advice on your application from an OISC registered Immigration Advisor as without a written job offer and lack of savings you run the risk of being refused on financial grounds. You need to show that you will be financially self-sufficient and won't need to claim Public funds
(benefits).
The 2-bedroom property is likely to be considered too small as you have a child. This would depend on the over-all size of the rooms/living space etc.
3 months statements...not from 3 different banks.
The 4 year rule still applies.

The ECO may consider that income from shares is unstable. i.e the value can go down as well as up.
As you've visited the UK in the past, is there no way you could visit to secure a job offer and adequate accomodation before you apply for your spouse visa?
Where will you be applying from?

A : You mean 3 month or 3 Bank statements from different 3 banks
The past three months statements from the same bank account - i.e. to proove that the flow of money through the applicant's account is regular and the applican't hasn't simply transferred money into an account to make it look like he is better off financially that is really the case.

You will need a minimum of 6 months tennancy agreement for the ECO to grant you visa. I have seen many who have been refused on accommodation grounds ( ie sharing with friends/or a very short term agreement, like yours)
