previous convictions in General Tier1

hi guys,

I am asking about the previous convictions which you have to declare when you fill in Tier 1 application.

I do not have anything to declare like traffic offense or anything else but I have debt which have been given to agency collection ...I am not sure if they went to the court or not? how should I check because I do not want to be convinced of deception ?

its not a conviction unless u got convicted in court of law

when does that happen? and what is the procedure for it? how do I know it I have or not?
