Hi All,
I have a question for Previous Earnings. I will be applying for ILR in a couple of weeks time with form SET (O). I am on Tier 1 General currently.
With regards to Previous earnings, my earnings period would be from 22/02/2013 to 21/02/2014. My first payslip would be dated 22/02/2013 and the last one would be 21/02/2014. This falls under the 12 consecutive month period.
I work through an umbrella company. I send timesheets once in 4 weeks and get paid once in 4 weeks. So,the pay for 22/02/2013 corresponds to the 4 weeks work done until 15/02/2013 and the pay for 21/02/2013 corresponds to the 4 weeks work done until 14/02/2014.
Could someone please confirm what does the 12 month consecutive period for earnings relate to? Does it relate to the pay dates or the actual period when this work was done?
For example, in my case if just the pay dates are concerned my earning fall under the 12-month period. But if the actual period of work is concerned my pay relates to the work done from 21/01/2013 to 14/02/2014
Thanking in anticipation.
