hi all

Im glad to join such a useful forum, my question is that if i dont have tax return docs ready, can i apply with wage slips & employer's letter stating my earnings? as the ITR is 3 years old & its hard to get that coz the tax system is being reformed in Pakistan. dont know how to explain logically to caseworker the reason, plz help if u know....
