Previous Earning

Hi All ,
I am going to claim points for my earning from 1 May 2008 to 30 April 2009. I get paid every 4 weeks from my part time job (Saturday and Sunday) so I have 13 (52/4=13) payslips for year. Find below pay dates.

30/01/2009
02/01/2009

07/11/2008
10/10/2008
12/09/2008
15/08/2008
18/07/2008
20/06/2008
23/05/2008

Can I submit this all or I just need to submit recent 12?. My problem is I can’t get exact 12 months earning from this type of employment. 23/05/2008 payslips has got 2 days earning from April 2008. How do they look at this type of earning?. Will HO calculate and deduct this amount or take that payslip out?.

My earning is in the boarder so can you please advise me what to do?.

Its ok to submit more than 12 pay slips as long as the period stated on the salary slip does not exceed 12 months period. If it does, you will have to take out earnings for the period outside the 12 months. The better option for you will be to get a letter from the employer instead.
