Previous earnings - Complicated case - Please help

Post by ConfusedIndian » Sun Nov 23, 2008 1:25 am

I am based in the UK currently on Work-Permit and plan to apply for Tier-1(general) in Dec. I have hit a block on the section on previous earnings and thought it's best to confirm with experts on this forum.

I have worked on "deputation", in 3 different countries in the last one year.
Canada : Nov-2007 to Jan-2008
India : Feb-2007 to Jul-2008
UK : Aug-2008 to Nov-2008 (present)

I have received allowances in both, Canada and the UK along with my Indian salary.

My question is : Can I skip the Canadian allowance and show only the Indian salary, so that the UPLIFT ratio can be applied for my Indian salary for the time I worked in Canada(Nov-2007 to Jan-2008)?

The reasons :
1) I have already closed my Canadian bank a/c
2) I hence cannot get the signed and stamped bank-statements and the corresponding payslips for those months.
3) I am not able to satisfy the 75-point criteria without the uplift ratio for the months I stayed in Canada.
