Previous Earnings

1- I am salaried employee, Can I claim previous earnings using the MY tax document (W2-I am in USA) and letter from employer? Though submitting like these I can not break down my pay over whole year.

2- What could be the last date for claiming pay from Jan 01 09 to Dec 31 09.

3- What do i need to submit for Age attribute?

1. Thats fine as u need to calculate the 12 months earnings before the date of the application.
2. It also depends the date wen the money is credited to your account.
3. For example, if you get paid on the 1st of every month and u r guna apply in Jan 2010 in this case u wud need to show from Jan 09 to Dec 09.
4. Age, u passport wud do the job as it will have u DOB on it.

somthing missing here mate..

For earnings points proof u need 2evidences from different sources

1. PAYSLIPS or Letter from Employer or Tax documents (only if the net amout matching and if ur claim period falls exactly with the taxing period..its little risky option)

2. BANKSTATEMENTS with all the NETsalary matching against the Payslips or employer letter..

choose 1 from each option..
