Previous UK immigration applications question.

Hi everyone.
I really hope, someone will make it clear for me.
I am filling up online citizenship application, and get confused with this question:

Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?

I am an EU national and i have made two applications regarding myself, thats permanent residence application and settled status application, so i will mention them.
But also, i was a sponsor for my non EU partner and non EU child in their family member of EU citizen applications and permanent residence applications.
So, should I mention those applications where i was a sponsor or not?
