No priority option

Hi,
My friend is applying for skilled worker dependent visa. She is not getting priority service application fee. What could be reason? Is there any way to get priority option.

There are a very limited number of priority slots released per day compared to the numbers of applicants looking for the priority service. So it is not a case that you simply pick to have priority service, she will be competing with possibly 100’s of other on a daily basis.
