my case is ironic really

i was here as a student till april when i tried to renew and my applicaton was sent back to me as invalid. i had been here 9 yrs 8 months with no gaps. in august i should have gotten my ilr under 10 yr policy.

when i resubmitted i did not have the new £7200 fee and was refused with no right of appeal.

i tried to go to jr but the case was weak

so i decided to try to get back to college however my college were refusing to give me a new cas unless i paid a penaly fee of £1500 for being refused to re-enrol me. they also did not want to refund my tuition fees.

i was here by then 10 yrs so i decided to put in an application for ILR under human rights as i felt i was stopped due to a technicality and that has affected my education but was refused due to no family life but my lawyer said i need to improve my private life at appeal.

i am single with no kids. i was invited back to work at my old job on a new contract but the ho put me on temp admission

i am now due in court in dec 2011 as that is my last chance.

to prove private life, all i did was provide pictures with friends.letter of supports from friends that have known me since i have been in uk past and present.
