Private tution centre Plz help

Hi Guys,

I want to apply Tier1(E) 50k route. I want to open private tution centre? is this level 4 role and business? As i see in other thread some one has got refuse in this occupation.

Private tutor level is NQF 6 not 4. Other user was refused because he used recruitment consultant services on his website, which is NQF 3 level. Reason was not because he used private tutor job title.

I will be teaching science and will hire other teacher if my business grows and demand goes up for other subject.

so my role is provide lession to the students, is this level 4 as well?

do you see any problem with this as my consultant says you can run an agency for hiring teachers. but not private tution centre as this is not a business..
