Problem of CAS plz advise me

My student visa extension was refused and i have a right to appeal...

let me tell u about how i got cas

my visa was expiring on 30 aug iwent to college on 18 aug and submit my level 7 and letter of confirmation that i'm waiting for result of my english certifcate...i got cas from college on 26th aug so isent my documnets on 27th aug with all documents...on 9/9/11 i recieved my B2 English certifcate...
and i sent to home office same day...

but after on 27/9/11 i got refusal they send me all my documents but they did'nt send me my B2 certifcate.....
in the refusal its written that my college have no right to issue me a cas letter without english language certifcate and further i did'nt submit any language certifcate..and college also did'nt mention that how they assesed me from my previous study...so they give me 0 point in cas...

i went to college they told me that they given me cas on behalf of my english language test confirmation that i'm waiting for result and also i did level 7 so thats why they give cas....

secondly i also checked that in my cas on second page its clearly written about my previous study...and also they did,nt consider my language certifcate so i'm on appeal now any help from u friends plz advise me
