problem with fee

problem with fee

One of my friend has applied Tier 4 extension but unfortunately due to some misunderstanding with bank home office wasn’t able to deduct money from his account now it’s been almost 2 months he didn’t get any word from them not even for biometrics. So should he need to contact HO and pay the fee through other way or he need to wait of HO to contact him?
