Problems with dependent wife-need HELP

got arranged marriage from pakistan . wife came as Tier 1 dependent - she seems to be after the visa and way things are that she will LEAVE ME after ILR ... what precautionary measures i should take ?? i am thinking of putting her on place back to pakistan .. what should i do ?

You seem to have married a complete stranger and are now asking anonymous complete strangers, on an open internet forum, for advice. I pity you and would suggest you seek relationship counselling and/or advice from a family lawyer. This is not an appropriate topic for an immigration forum.

From an immigration perspective, the only thing you can do is inform UKBA of the breakdown in relationship using the migrant change in circumstances form. Do this only if and when you are sure that you have crossed the point of no return.

Whether UKBA curtails your dependant's leave or do nothing about it is UKBA's decision to make ... not yours.

You certainly can't put her on the plane against her wishes, but you can withhold sponsorship. Whether or not UKBA chooses to curtail her leave is a matter for them to decide and not you.

I am not very familiar with arranged marriage, but according to some of my friends who contracted it, it seems to work more effectively than love based marriages.

Try and have a discussion with her, to see what her issues are. The change of environment, new country, may be the reason for her withdrawal, rather than a desire to obtain sponsorship from you.

Having a suspicious mind, may not be a recipe for a long term healthy marriage.

if i do that form when she is in pakistan , will they restrict her entry then ?

she is threatening all the time to leave me ... she give me verbal threats that she will call police on me ... she has even threatened my parents on the phone...she wasnt like that in Pakistan ..she became my worst ever nightmare...

if the worst comes and if i report her .. will she get a chance to stay further .. i just want to consider the options before i cross the fireline? if i cant get what i am aiming for then its not worth it

Whether she will be allowed to enter UK again or not is not something that you should concern yourself about. As mentioned earlier, that is UKBA's decision to make and their job to do.

If you are worried about personal difficulties to you because of her presence in the UK, consult a family law solicitor for advice.

I believe if you have reached the end of the road, then do things properly, seek a divorce and notify the HO you no longer her sponsor. It is in both your interest.

Remember if she was to report to police and they believe her allegation and you get a conviction, then this will have an adverse effect on ILR or renewal down the road.

Try and thread carefully, and do things straight.

In any case she will not be able to switch category or make any extention application without your sponsorship, so no need to get worked up.
