Procedure of dependant Appeal

Hi,
I just want to know that I got refusal ( Tier 1) along with my wife with right of appeal
We both have right of appeal and home office sent us separate refusal and appeal form
My wife's application refused because of the refusal of main applicant,I just want to know that should we both fill separate appeal form and give grounds of appeal or togarher
