Process & Application time Family Visa for Civil Partner

Hello, my civil partner just got a job offer from the UK and we are planning to immigrate. We are based on Spain and are authorized civil partners here. What is the process to get this done and what is the current processing time for the Family Visa?
Other info: My partner's salary is above £19,000, she also holds a pre-settled status valid until 2025.
