processed passport is in transit to the UK visa application

The status has now changed on my girlfriends Visa application status. We applied in China a month ago, she had an interview which was just easy questions on her intentions and now we have this update. Does that mean the Visa has been sent?! Should there of been a problem after the interview would we not of known about it?
