Processing time for FLR(IED)

Hi,
Could some one please tell me what is the processing time for FLR(IED) and the visa stamped on passport ( after receiving the HSMP approval )

Is this going to take again 3 months ?

If you check previous posts - Urgevin's case (though being a renewal) was resolved within 15 days
