Post by tocasa » Tue Mar 10, 2009 9:59 am

Hi

This is just a progress report as this forum helped us a lot, Got married in the Uk lawyer advised to apply for a spouse visa in my country of origin, visa was denied, we then moved to south africa and stayed there for 1 year as I am zimbabwean we for saw the problems with the immigrants and we then applied for a visitors visa to spain. Which we got we have been spain for a year now and we are awaiting my id. We now want to move to the UK or Ireland as there is no work in spain, my wife is a freelance writer and we have been self sufficient, but through a struggle. We want use the eea route but we do not have anymore savings as we have been moving countries for the last 2 years. Any views or comments will be appreciated, as we just want to live as a family.
