HI guys
this on behalf of my friend

she's been married for more then 3 years and her husband was working all the time they were together , but now he left the UK , dose my friend she needs to apply for ROR ? if so how can she prove that her husband left the UK?

She will need a divorce first.

Now that the guy has left the UK , it is unlikely that she will be able to retain a right of residence.
