proof of work:tax credite

hi everybody,i just want to know if the tax credit is proof of my wife was working at that time,i got all the tax credit papers for the last 5 years which they show all her income on it for this period.

Payslips? P60s? Bank statements showing BACS payment of salary?

in the case you don't have all your all p60,pay slips and you were paid cash hand(nothing showing in your bank statment)
can the land revnue provide me letter showing my entire employement history(pay referance/pay/tax/start date end date)
